Several decades ago, I sat nervously at the piano, my parents and siblings in the audience together with what seemed like an immeasurable concourse of people. The pressure to perform was upon me. After a shaky start I settled in and completed "Whistle While You Work" with minimal flaws. Regrettably, I didn’t stick with the piano but I have never forgotten the feeling of that first recital.
Starting a new business, especially a business that publishes, brings similar feelings as that first recital. Today Know More Media is covering The University Private Equity Summit 2006, being held in Salt Lake City, Utah. Sure it is not CES or the World Economic Summit but it is an opportunity to test ourselves and see what we can do.
