Who's interested in Winter Olympic coverage? Our friends at blog network b5media are. And so are we. b5media has created a blog called
LightTheTorch that will provide non-stop coverage of the 2006 Winter Olympic games, and they have invited Know More Media to participate.
LightTheTorch is a community blogging effort, with bloggers from all over the blogosphere taking part and providing opinion, coverage, and analysis of the 2006 Winter Olympics. b5media has decided to donate all advertising revenue from this blog to athletic organizations to support the athletes. They hope to raise at least $5,000 over the course of the games.
We feel this is an excellent idea, and wholeheartedly offer our support and writing talent. Some of our authors are already contributing about the Olympics. Along with b5media, we invite any interested writer to join in the cause.
