Apparently, Friday July 28^th is System Administrator Day. So if you are reading this, thank your Systems Admin.

I guess it is no surprise; SysAdminDay has its own URL http://www.sysadminday.com/. It is a good way to ensure your day is celebrated. 

Not that I think that Sys Admin are equivalent to serving food or taking money. In today’s world, there are probably few people in a company that are more critical to a company’s operations. And they know it.

Nick Burns, the Company’s Computer Guy, made it big on NBC’s Saturday Night Live and was working his way to Sys Admin.
