
It’s time for the Friday highlights. Yesterday Marketing Blurb was on fire. I loved the tone of both the NASCAR/Red Bull post and the new game based from THQ, “Saint’s Row.” I really enjoyed the extra something that was interesting, edgy and extra witty about Marketing Blurb today. I’d like to think that I simply discovered yet another talented writer on the Know More Media network. Keep up the good work.
Now…I have to be honest. Most of Web Metric Guru’s posts are way over my head. Somehow though, posts from this site keep creeping into the highlights. Thursday’s post about Digg Gangs sparked a conversation in the Digg community and is slowly gaining popularity. Of course the conversation is shallow and some people actually seemed offended by the questions raised; but the premise is interesting. Is there some “Digg in-crowd” pulling the strings? Or is the system working the way it’s supposed to?

While reading Customers Are Always, I was directed to a post on Its Bad Biz. This story in this post is so incredibly bizarre, I could not believe people behave that badly. The Alpha Marketer started a series on how to work the new Google AdWords system. And ThePublishingSpot informed those who are trying to break into publishing that they should read, think and then submit, stupid.
