Our very busy and successful author of BizCreditPolicy.com, Michelle Dunn, is in the news again, this time with the Wall Street Journal. She was chosen for a video interview which appeared in the Small Business section of the Wall Street Journal Online on Monday, Sep 24, 2007. Michelle is a credit and collections expert, and in this interview WSJ’s Raymund Flandez talks to Michelle about when and how small businesses should hire a collection agency to help them collect their business receivables and debts.
