I am so disgusted that McDonalds Management personnel are so ill-equipped that they would accuse an employee of committing a crime, asking an employee to remove their clothes at the request of a phone caller, allow a minor female to remain in an isolated room with an adult man. Most of all, I am appalled that this disgraceful Corporation would fight this offense in court for 3 years. I am highly disappointed McDonalds only has to pay 6 million dollars in penalties. I would have awarded the young girl much more. And if this sorry excuse for a Corporation even considers appealing the courts decision, whatever dreadful wrath is bestowed against McDonalds they truly deserve.

I think the girl was rather stupid for agreeing to the sex acts and strip search in the first place. Her flimsy excuse "my parents told me obey adults" is pathetic. She should be sterilized so she's not allowed to reproduce, we don't need her genes further diluting an already limited pool. The adult male who performed these acts should be incarcerated, his actions were deplorable and there's no excuse.

SHE IS A GOOD PERSON WITH GOOD MORALS, I CAN'T BELIVE THAT YOU WOULD SAY SHE SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO REPRODUCE YOU ARE WORNG! DID YOUR PARENTS NOT TELL YOU TO DO WHAT YOU ARE TOLD TO DO? IT KIND OF SOUNDS LIKE YOU DID NOT HAVE VERY GOOD PARENTS, IF YOU DID YOU WOULD HAVE MORE COMPATION FOR THIS YOUNG GIRL WHO HAS TO LIVE WITH THIS FOR THE REST OF HER LIFE.

I'm so glad she won i fall at McD and they don't what to help me They are just giveing me 20,000 to pay the bills i have. who know if my hand will be the same after all this how am i going to work if my hand not the same So for the little girl i'm so happy for you that you won. I'm going to Boycot McD they don't care about us they just what there money. We the people got them there.

Listen i dont know how many of you guys live in ky but i do. In my opinion yes i agree that mcdonalds could have done a tad bit better informing their employees about the inane calls. But in all honesty...I think that girl was one hundred percent, no if, and's or buts about it full of crap! I understand that u do do as your told when your young and those morals and valus stick with you as you grow older but there is also this tiny little thing that we r all born with unless we have a defect called 'common frigging sense'! My mother taught me the same way growing up as her mothers did, 'respesct and obey your elders', but come on now, for one, if the police officer told me if i love my job i'll do this strip search...at mcdonalds? your not here to supervise and make sure i am not violated and theres no lady actually here complaining about me stealing her purse and on top of that you all did give me the option to go to the police station when i sad take me and then they say no you have to strip search???...No! there is no way in heck i would agree to do that strip search. Okay and lets just say i did agree to do the strip search...as soon as he told me to perform oral sex on him and bend over so he can smack my butt even at that point i would have said enough is enough and ran out of there even if only covered with the apron.Then the manager has the nerve to sue for unlawful termination, she did nothing wrong. What? she did nothing wrong? that girl was wrongfully stripsearched on her watch. I mean the manager should have had enough sense to see that any real cop would not issue a strip search over the phone. Had that manager not been lacking in the common sense area and known better than to even think of believeing the guy and bringing her boyfriend n to supervise this young naked girl maybe none of this would have even happend. She felt she needed to be rewarded for allowing this to happen. She needs to feel responsible and be arrested. Look...you are all reading and seeing the tabloid version...the version that has been polluted with foul lies and fabrications excluding the major facts and your only being showed part of the picture...it's in the facts, i mean really check out the facts before you voice an opinion on this matter.
